Harriet Diaz is a Westmoreland County resident and retired registered nurse with many years of administrative management and case management experience. Her work as Senior Case Manager in Bridges’ Public Guardianship program in the Northern Neck region during her final years before retirement gave her many opportunities to assist her
clients in accessing community resources, and she believes in working collaboratively with all concerned parties in order to obtain the best possible outcomes for those in need of help.
